Second, Andor Tech’s Talent Acquisition Team (TAT) validates best match of consultants/ candidates as per the requirements and parameters of the client. The TAT team are experienced in multiple verticals viz telecom, banking, storage, networking, programming and database administration. They coordinate with our internal vertical specific team for cross functional / technical resources. Third, once a match is found, then it is escalated to the next level process for Talent Management Team (TMT) who evaluates consultants/ candidates based on the client requirements. If found suitable then submitted to the client for further processing and next steps.
